Is there is any technical support in my country of residence?
We provide customer support to our paid and trial customers around the GCC. Our Support team is located in KSA and Singapore. For those outside these areas, it’s best to email support@fasco.ai and they will respond promptly during local working hours. Our team can support English and Arabic enquiries.

How much does it cost?
We offer several subscription-based options depending on how many buildings you need to scan. Reach out to us at sales@fasco.ai, and we will walk you through the plan most appropriate for you.

How long is the AI processing time?
It depends on the complexity of the building and number of images. A building with 12 floors will take approximately 4 – 5 hours.
